Live Up Strong delivers warm, reliable disability support across Melbourne — from everyday care at home to getting out into the community with confidence.

Who we are

Live Up Strong is a disability support service working with NDIS participants across Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. We provide support in people's homes, in shared and supported living arrangements, and out in the community — at the gym, the shops, TAFE, work, appointments and everywhere in between.
Our name describes the way we work. Live up is about aspiration: the goals in your plan should be things you actually want, not boxes to tick. Live strong is about capability: support that leaves you more able and more confident over time, rather than doing everything for you.
Practically, that means small support teams instead of a rotating roster, written shift notes so families and coordinators always know what's happening, and regular reviews where we ask an uncomfortable but useful question — is this support actually moving you closer to your goals?
Why families choose us
The difference between providers is rarely the service list — it's whether the people turning up are trained, consistent and genuinely interested. These are the four commitments we're judged on.
Your goals lead every plan. We match support workers to your personality, culture and routine.
Screened, trained and NDIS Code of Conduct compliant staff, with clear reporting for families.
A community-minded team who know Melbourne's services, venues and transport well.
Every shift builds a skill — cooking, travel, budgeting, confidence in the community.
Our services
Most participants use us for a mix of supports — a few hours of daily living help during the week, community access on weekends, and coordination tying it all together. Start with one service and add others as your plan and confidence grow.

We support participants with intellectual disability, autism, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, physical and neurological conditions, and complex or high-intensity daily support needs.
People in their own home or a shared house who want help with personal care, cooking, cleaning, appointments and staying connected locally.
Participants moving from school into work, study or day programs — travel training, routines, communication and confidence.
Households that need dependable rostered support, respite they can plan around, and honest communication about every shift.
We work alongside coordinators, plan managers, OTs, physios and behaviour support practitioners so strategies carry through.

How we work
There's no cost or obligation to talk to us, and nothing starts until you've read and agreed to a written service agreement that sets out your supports, hours and rates.
Call or send an enquiry. We'll answer your questions about services, availability and funding — no pressure, no obligation.
We meet you and your family or coordinator to map goals, routines, risks and preferences, then put it in writing.
We introduce support workers chosen for your needs, culture, language and interests before shifts begin.
We check in regularly, keep notes you can access, and adjust supports as your goals or plan change.
Our promise
Every Live Up Strong worker is screened before their first shift, completes the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, and works under the NDIS Code of Conduct. We keep clear records, report incidents properly, and make our feedback and complaints process easy to find and easy to use — including through an advocate if you'd prefer.
We also believe in being straight with people. If we don't have capacity, or if another provider is a better fit, we'll tell you and help you find them. Good support starts with honesty about what we can and can't do well.
